Product Questions

Our products can be used on any type of hair, including hair extensions. Our perishable products can NOT be used on hair extensions. These products were created for natural hair.

Since our products are 100% natural, it is safe to shampoo and condition hair twice a month. It is vital that you use the protein treatment every 6-8 weeks. Edge control can be used daily.

It is uncommon if you feel a bit of a tingle. The protein treatment will for sure make your scalp tingle. 

Absolutely! Put the edge control in a refrigerator and allow it to harden. 

Transactions/Payments

Please consider your purchase. Due to the sensitive nature of CYNOrganics products, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Please consider your purchased. Once order is placed and payment received, we are unable to edit your order. All transactions are final. 

Shipping/Handling

Once an order has been placed on the website, there is a very small window of time for your shipping address to be updated. Contact customer service immediately if you notice you have entered the wrong shipping address to correct it. Please be sure to also update the shipping address in your account. 

Tracking numbers are issued via email within 24-48 hours of order placement. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

You may check order status and tracking by logging into your account. Please use the tracking number to ensure your order was delivered to the correct address. If you haven’t received your package or it has been delivered elsewhere, please contact the mail carrier customer service. Once orders leave our warehouse, C.Y.N. Organics will not be held liable to lost or stolen goods during shipping.
